Mission Statement

At Jaguar Security Services Corp. Corp., it is our mission to ensure the well-being of our client’s business interests by providing expert protection and security services that always go above and beyond their expectations in maintaining a safe and secure environment in which to operate.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Jaguar Security Services Corp. is a start-up company founded by Jordan Quiambao, a PPCT (Pressure Point Control Tactics) Instructor, with 5 years of security work here in Canada. The company will operate as a corporation with co-founders Ronnie Ramos, Danilo Cortez, Nicholo Ramos, and Jericka Drilon. Together, the owners bring with them knowledge of the industry and sales skills.

Located in Calgary at its launch, the business will provide security officers to commercial buildings, retail businesses, and eventually special event venues and other clients.

In the current socio-political climate where there is a need for vigilance against fears of terrorist activity, this kind of business is emerging at the right time.

Jaguar Security Services Corp. will grow its employee base of security officers carefully, based on client contracts, and use of both full-time and part-time officers. Security officers will be employed as client engagements are set. Officers will go through completed interviews, reference checks, and independent background check.

COMPANY OWNERSHIP

Jordan Quiambao as CEO and founder of Jaguar Security Services Corp., owns 30% of the business. The other 30% is owned by co-founder, Ronnie Ramos. Danilo Cortez and Nicholo Ramos each owns 15% of shares and the remaining 10% is owned by Jericka Drilon.

START-UP SUMMARY

Jaguar Security Services Corp. will have a virtual office address in Calgary where some of the basic business resources are provided. At the onset, this strategy will help reduce the cost of office rental, full staffing, and equipment while gaining the resources of a professional corporate image. All the business owners will be within reach by phone and email wherever they work. Other start-up costs include legal fees for securing permits, business license, police clearance, first insurance premium for the business, other marketing collaterals such as initial website and brochure design and printing.

Long-term assets include mobile phones and headsets for all officers and employees, as well as two-way radios for officers working as teams.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Jaguar Security Services Corp. will be a licensed, insured, and bonded business and will provide welltrained officers for one or more of the following purposes:

• To guard entrances and screen guests/ employees

• To monitor client’s premises with video surveillance equipment

• To protect client’s assets, employees, and guests

• To help prevent crime with visual presence

• To organize response in the case of fire, evacuation, or other emergency

• To respond to customer and employee health emergencies and accidents

• To eject unwanted customers or trespassers

• To liaison with police and city emergency responders

All officers will be unarmed and certified for security work. Officers will either be stationed at desks or patrol on foot at all facilities. Clients must provide vehicles if their jobs require vehicle patrol.

Whenever possible, the same officers will be sent consistently to the same clients except for circumstances where substitutes are necessary. Jaguar Security Services Corp. will build trust with clients as a partner, rather than simply in the specific guard or officers that they become comfortable with.

TARGET MARKET AND STRATEGY / IMPLEMENTATION SUMMARY

Of the potential targets available in Alberta, Jaguar Security Services Corp. will focus on building management companies and retail businesses at the onset. These businesses require steady security needs and serving them is simpler than serving special events.

The key strategy is to build operations and marketing around buildings and retail stores that are large enough to have permanent, on-site security needs. To reach its target markets, Jaguar Security Services will use the following tactics:

• Development of a basic “brochure” website with services and contact information
• Business cards and brochures for distribution during appointments and while networking
• Direct mail of brochures and letters to these target lists of potential clients
